CARING AND COMPASSIONATE

"We can all make a difference in the lives of others in need, because it is the most simple of gestures that make the most significant of differences."

OUR

CAREGIVERS

At Tru East Dignity HomeCare, we believe our Caregivers are a direct reflection of who we are and what we stand for, which is why ensure that we match our caregivers to your needs. However, we believe it is just as important that we match the caregiver that is the best fit not just physically but their personality is a great fit. We strive to make sure there are no conflicts to interfere with the expectation of care that is being delivered.

Our caregivers are invited to be a part of our team based upon their passing a comprehensive background check, possessing the appropriate legal documentation to work in the United States, possessing the skills required for the position, and having the right temperament and personality to care for our clients.

In addition, all our caregivers are required to participate in continued education, training, and workshops relative to the home care health field. Our staff routinely checks all documentation, licenses and certifications to ensure they remain current and in good standing. We do this because we consider our clients an extended part of our family and we would not even consider placing a caregiver in your home that we would not have in ours.

CAREGIVERS

WITH A LOVING HEART

Tru East Dignity HomeCare's motto is "Caring and Compassionate Caregivers with a Loving Heart." These are more than just words to us. We all have experienced our lives being touched by being responsible for caring for a loved one, whether they were a family member, a life partner, or a friend. We made a conscious decision to use our personal caregiving experiences as a guide to how we treat our clients and their loved ones. Rest assured, our caregivers can be trusted and will exhibit traits like honesty, integrity, dignity in caring, compassion, and a loving heart. That is part of our commitment to you.
